Subject to those requirements, we may use authorized data to:

We will not use Connected Platform data in a manner prohibited by the terms, developer policies, permissions, or applicable agreements governing the Connected Platform from which the data was obtained.

Authorization granted for one Connected Platform does not constitute authorization to access another Connected Platform.

Connecting an account does not transfer ownership of the Connected Platform account or its underlying data to Mobiquity.

4. Automated and AI-Assisted Processing

Certain Services may use automated systems, machine learning, or artificial intelligence to provide user-facing analysis, insights, recommendations, forecasts, campaign configurations, optimizations, and related functionality.

Connected Platform data will be used with automated or AI systems only where such processing is permitted by applicable law, the user's authorization, and the applicable Connected Platform's terms, policies, permissions, and agreements.

Depending on the functionality authorized by the user, this may include:

Mobiquity's use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing functionality associated with the user's authorized Google integration.

Google user data obtained through Google APIs is not transferred to Meta, TikTok, Reddit, programmatic advertising platforms, DSPs, data brokers, or other advertising platforms for targeted or personalized advertising purposes.

We disclose Google user data only:

  1. as necessary to provide or maintain functionality expressly requested or authorized by the user;
  2. to service providers acting on our behalf where necessary to provide infrastructure, hosting, security, support, or related operational services and subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
  3. when expressly directed or consented to by the user and permitted by applicable Google policies;
  4. as part of a corporate transaction where permitted by applicable law and Google policies and subject to continued protection of the information; or
  5. when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

Users may revoke Mobiquity's Google authorization through their Google account settings or through our Services where supported.

6. Meta Platform Data

Where our Services integrate with Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, we process data obtained through Meta APIs and other Meta business tools only in accordance with the permissions granted by the user, applicable law, and applicable Meta terms, platform policies, developer requirements, and agreements.

The specific information available to us and permitted uses of that information depend on the Meta products and permissions authorized for the integration.

We will request only permissions reasonably necessary for the functionality being provided and will not use Meta-derived data for purposes prohibited by applicable Meta terms or policies.

Users may disconnect supported Meta integrations through our Services where available or through applicable Meta account and business settings.

7. TikTok Platform Data

Where our Services integrate with TikTok, we process information obtained through TikTok APIs and developer services only in accordance with the permissions authorized by the user, applicable law, and applicable TikTok developer terms, data-sharing requirements, policies, and agreements.

The specific information available to us and permitted uses of that information depend on the TikTok products, scopes, and permissions authorized for the integration.

We request only scopes reasonably necessary to provide the applicable user-facing functionality.

Users may revoke or disconnect supported TikTok integrations through our Services or TikTok where such functionality is available.

8. Reddit Platform Data

Where our Services access Reddit data through Reddit developer services or APIs, we process such data in accordance with applicable Reddit Developer Terms, Data API Terms, data-protection requirements, permissions, approvals, and agreements.

Our access to and use of Reddit data is limited to uses permitted by Reddit and any applicable agreement with Reddit.

We do not use Reddit data for purposes prohibited by Reddit's applicable developer terms or policies, including artificial intelligence or machine-learning training where such use is not expressly permitted.

Where required by Reddit's applicable terms or technical mechanisms, we will honor applicable deletion or compliance requirements relating to Reddit data.

9. Programmatic, DSP, RTB, CTV, and Other Advertising Platforms

Our Services may integrate with programmatic advertising systems, DSPs, RTB exchanges, CTV platforms, supply-side platforms, measurement providers, and other advertising technology services.

Information obtained through these services is processed in accordance with applicable contracts, platform policies, user authorization, and applicable law.

Data obtained from one platform will not be used or transferred in a manner prohibited by the terms or policies applicable to the platform from which the data originated.

10. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell OAuth tokens, API credentials, or Connected Platform authentication credentials.

We may disclose information to service providers supporting our Services, including cloud infrastructure, hosting, databases, cybersecurity, monitoring, analytics, customer support, and communications providers.

Such providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to us and are subject to appropriate contractual, confidentiality, security, and data-protection obligations.

We may also disclose information when:

Connected Platform-specific restrictions described elsewhere in this Policy continue to apply.

11. Data Security and Protection

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, authentication information, and Connected Platform data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, loss, or destruction.

Depending on the applicable systems and information, these safeguards include or may include:

Access to sensitive data is limited to personnel, systems, and service providers with a legitimate need for access.

No electronic system can guarantee absolute security. We maintain safeguards appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the information we process.

12. OAuth Tokens, API Credentials, and Authentication Information

OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, API credentials, and similar authentication information are treated as sensitive information.

OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, API credentials, and similar authentication information are protected using encryption in transit and encryption at rest using industry-standard encryption, together with authentication, authorization, and access controls designed to prevent unauthorized access.

We use these credentials only to operate integrations authorized by users and for purposes permitted by the applicable Connected Platform.

Access is restricted to systems, personnel, and authorized service providers requiring access to operate, secure, maintain, or support the applicable integration.

We do not disclose authentication credentials or tokens to unauthorized third parties.

13. Cross-Platform Functionality

GrowthOS may enable users to manage, analyze, compare, optimize, and report on advertising activity across multiple Connected Platforms from a unified interface.

Connecting one platform does not automatically authorize access to another platform.

Any processing or transfer of information between systems is subject to user authorization, applicable law, and the terms, policies, permissions, and agreements governing the platform from which the information originated.

Google user data remains subject to Section 5 and will not be transferred between advertising platforms for targeted or personalized advertising purposes.

14. Data Retention

We retain personal information and Connected Platform data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable Services and authorized integrations, provide reporting and historical functionality, maintain security and audit records, comply with legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce applicable agreements.

Retention may also be subject to shorter periods or deletion requirements imposed by a Connected Platform.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary or must be removed under applicable platform requirements, we delete, aggregate, anonymize, or de-identify it as appropriate, subject to applicable legal requirements.

15. Disconnecting Platforms and Data Deletion

Users may disconnect supported Connected Platforms through our Services where available or revoke authorization through the applicable Connected Platform.

Revoking authorization prevents future access using that authorization but may not automatically delete information previously obtained and lawfully retained unless deletion is required by applicable law, platform policy, or agreement.

Users may request deletion of applicable information through our Data Deletion page or by contacting:

privacy@advangelists.com

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete or de-identify applicable information in accordance with our retention procedures and applicable Connected Platform requirements, except where continued retention is required or permitted by applicable law.

Our websites and Services may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, measurement, and functionality.

Users may control cookies through browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Service functionality.

17. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law and jurisdiction, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain information concerning certain processing of their personal information and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Requests may be submitted to:

We may verify the identity and authority of individuals making requests before fulfilling them.

18. Third-Party Platforms

Connected Platforms are independent third parties.

Use of Google, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, programmatic advertising systems, and other third-party services remains subject to each third party's terms, privacy policies, developer requirements, permissions, and account settings.

Mobiquity is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third parties outside our control.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our business Services.
