Data Deletion Request

Mobiquity Technologies, Inc. and its Advangelists advertising platform respect your right to disconnect connected accounts, revoke authorization, stop account-management access, and request deletion of retained data.

Disconnect GrowthOS from Google or Google Ads

  1. Use any available connected-account or integration settings in GrowthOS to disconnect the Google or Google Ads account.
  2. Revoke Mobiquity or GrowthOS authorization from your Google Account's third-party connections and access settings.
  3. To require Mobiquity to stop managing a Google Ads account, send written notice to privacy@advangelists.com. Include the relevant business and Google Ads customer account identifiers. We will process a verified disassociation request, stop managing the account, and return exclusive account control within three business days of notice.

Revoking authorization prevents future access through that authorization. It may not automatically delete information previously obtained and lawfully retained, so submit a separate deletion request when deletion is also required.

Information to include

  • Your full name and company name, if applicable
  • Email address or addresses associated with the Services
  • The connected platform and relevant account identifiers, such as a Google Ads customer ID
  • A description of the information or accounts you want deleted or disconnected
  • Your country or state and the privacy right you are invoking, if known
  • Whether you also want Mobiquity to stop managing a connected advertising account

What happens after a request

  1. Verification: We may verify identity and authority to protect against unauthorized deletion or disconnection.
  2. Disconnection: We will stop authorized access and campaign-management activity covered by a verified disassociation request in accordance with applicable platform requirements.
  3. Deletion: Applicable retained information will be deleted or de-identified, and relevant processors will be instructed as appropriate, subject to legal, security, contractual, and platform retention requirements.
  4. Confirmation: We will provide written confirmation or explain any lawful retention exception.

Privacy-law response periods may vary. GDPR requests are generally handled within 30 days and CCPA/CPRA requests within 45 days, subject to permitted extensions.

Data covered

A request may cover contact details, GrowthOS account information, Google or other connected-platform account identifiers, campaign and reporting data, audience or targeting information, website analytics, correspondence, and other information associated with use of Mobiquity or Advangelists services.

Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We do not discriminate against individuals for exercising applicable privacy rights.
